Problem:
I have a view showing related artists with pictures and text that renders on a page. The view makes y mobile viewport a little larger than the container and results in annoying left and right scroll.
Solution:
The problem is Bootstrap grid CSS with elementor editor, it conducts the problem, in your case, you can use CSS codes override the row "margin-right" "margin-left" values, see my screenshot

I assume we are talking about the post view below text "RELATED ARTISTS", I have tried it with my android phone, it works fine, I don't see the same problem as you mentioned above:
The view makes y mobile viewport a little larger than the container and results in annoying left and right scroll.
