[Gelöst] Trying to add content to my ticket, but it doesn't seem to take

This support ticket is created vor 4 years, 8 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

After adding content to my support ticket, my comments don't show up on the page.

Your upload an image doesn't support the image size of a screenshot, I tried a few time to upload a screenshot

Hi Darcy,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Do you see any error or warning on the screen, when your comments are not saved/shown? In very rare instances, your posted reply can take a little while before showing in the support ticket, due to cache. If you'll refresh the page, the new reply will start showing.

In case you have a large screenshot or file to share, you can upload it to a third-party file sharing service like Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc and then share its link in the ticket.
