Toolset Types version 2.2.17 to 3.4.12

This support ticket is created vor 4 years, 9 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to download and activate Toolset Types version 3.4.12
Our current version downloaded is 2.2.17

I need help and I do not know how to fix the above issue. I cannot activate and download Toolset even though I paid for a year.

Hi Emily,

The issue here is that you're updating from an extremely old version of our Types plugin.

To fix this issue you will need to manually update the Types plugin by going to the link below and downloading and uploading the plugin to your site.
