Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset

This support ticket is created vor 4 years, 2 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Yet another "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com" error
I read the 7 suggested tickets, none of them suggest a solution other than "update the licence" which I did, to no avail.
Yet, in the plugins section, it says that Toolset is registered. But the big error message keeps appearing at the top of every admin page.
There is no cache plugin on the website.
Error:
