Toolset Forms conflict with "Add Media" Button for Tribulant Newsletter Plugin

This support ticket is created vor 2 years. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am using the Tribulant Newsletter plugin. I also have TOOLSET Forms activated.

When I try to create a new newsletter and I click the "Add Media" button in the newsletter editor panel, nothing happens.

I did troubleshooting and found out that this only happens when the TOOLSET Forms plugin is activated.

I have created a staging site for you to test it in.

Hi there,

We have no integration with that plugin so there is no guarantee for a fix but I will be happy to report the issue to the compatibility team.

For now it seems you do have a workaround to deactivate Toolset when adding media in a NewsLetter.

Would you please update Toolset plugins to the latest versions in the staging website as the first step?

You are using an older version there. Please get back to us if the issue persists after the update.

Also, I would need your permission to copy your website to report this.
