I'm checking on this for you but I highly believe that the issue is related to the errors we are seeing here. See Screenshot
We have error 403 being thrown on some of the files related to the block editor. It could be related to folder permissions.
I want to check on the plugin's folder for their permissions settings but i'm not able to as it seems i'm unable to log into the site using SFTP.
Can you run through the Plugins folder and ensure that the folder for our Blocks/Views plugin is being correctly set like the document below. versteckter Link
I checked the folder that you mentioned and on the surface it all looks good to me.. the folder permissions are 755 and the files are 644.. but I'd rather you had a look to reconfirm
Please try again with your earlier credentials to access the server by SFTP..
I had created an SSH user the last time.. and I have changed it to an SFTP user now.. the credentials are the same..
As your timezone is -5 GMT and mine is +8 GMT, we are able to send just one email to each other daily and this is taking a long time.. I am fine with staying awake tonight if you need me for anything.. so please do let me know when you email me so that I can probably be online at the same time as you..:-)..
Our 2nd tier supporters are still working through to identify the issue.
The main issue is that we are unable to get a copy of the website. Our normal plugins that we would use to get a copy is returning an error 500 when trying to clone the site.
If you have any way of providing us with a copy of the site that would be greatly appreciated but right now our Team is checking to identify the issue.
I've provided you access to the WAF logs.. you can see them at the link below

The earlier credentials I had given you.. just add '@fourplusmedia.com' to the user name and you will have the email id needed to log in for the above link.. the password is the same as earlier.
Please note that you need to use the beta HUB2.0 (in the URL) just in case it goes back to the HUB1.0 as in HUB1.0 external users is not an option.
Also regarding the HTTP/2 , I checked and it's a feature on Cloudflare that is enabled (screenshot attached).. I disabled it to check but the issue was still there.. do let me know if you want me to disable it again for you to test..
I did as you suggested and my hosting team suggested that I disable the particular rule in my WAF dashboard so that the issue did not occur. It seems to be working fine now...:-)..
