This support ticket is created vor 6 months, 3 weeks. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The Plugin seems to create some excessive CPU usage which then crashes the website

If you do manage to open a ticket you could give them a little more information in that the following file is exhausting memory at over 512MB with 20 Editors & 3 Admins with only 2 Custom Post Types at the following location.

/wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/models/user_roles.php

They may have some advice for that or a temporary snippet to force the iterations to be lowered.

That is really strange and I do not see any other user reported this issue in recent time.

Can you plesae share all required details and what code you are using in order to minimize the number of requests.
