I am trying to:

My site has been going down today and almost 10 to 15 times in an hour... and then I contacted WPMU Dev my hosting company and they did a plugin conflict test.. they narrowed it down to to Toolset Blocks and WP-Ultimo that's causing the spikes and error 520 issues

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: versteckter Link and it has other subsites

I expected to see:

Instead, I got:

I have attached a screenshot to show the spike that occured on activating Toolset..

Right now the plugin is active and it does stabilise.. but please do check and fix this issue while I also contact wp-ultimo

Hi Alim,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately we can't know what is happening here without some form of server log can point to some issue.

If you're able to provide us with a server log our ask WPMU Dev to provide some information as to what exactly is causing the high load then we can have a look.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane

Please use the same username and password provide to you for the WordPress Admin Access at this link

versteckter Link

And you will have access to all the logs for the site.. There's other access that you have too.. please feel free to use them.

I will also create a public ticket on WPMU dev with the hosting team so that you have access to any responses they have.

Please do treat this as urgent.. The screenshot will show terrible the site has been since yesterday...

Regards,
Alim

Hi Alim,

I tried to log into the hosting service to check but i'm not seeing any logs. See my screenshot

If possible can you try using a different PHP version ?

Secondly this issue only started occurring after you've installed the wp-ultimo plugin ? If there is a conflict there should be something in the server logs that is letting us know what service is running for too long or what is being closed.

Please let me know what your hosting company says.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane

Not sure why you are not able to see and access the sites Logs.. I logged in with the same credentials and I could see it.. could you please try again?

Here's the updates to the ticket on WPMU

versteckter Link

and regarding wp-ultimo.. that plugin was installed long ago.. there's no connection to any plugin installation as of now.. it's just that during the plugin conflict test Toolset Blocks and wp-ultimo, both showed high CPU usage which was causing a spike and subsequently the 520 error, I assume..

I got in touch with Cloudflare for the issue too.. they had some suggestions on whitelisting their IPs so I am also trying that.. but in your case, please do check if the spikes caused by Toolset can be managed.

Regards,
Alim

Hi Alim,

When I checked the logs page I got the following error. See Screenshot

It seems the user account doesn't have the permissions for me to actually see the logs.

Thanks,
Shane

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

That's strange.. normally when I log in with the same credentials I can see the dashboard.. I hope we are both using the same credentials..;-).. please also check if the URL has 'hub2' and not just 'hub' .. as this user option is only on hub2 which is a beta edition..

Anyways the problem is resolved now with that Cloudflare suggested to do here..

In case something does crop up I'll keep you posted. Have a nice day..:-)..
