[Gelöst] Sorting repeatable field items in the same order they appear in the backend

Dieser Thread wurde gelöst. Hier ist eine Beschreibung des Problems und der Lösung.

Problem:

In this ticket the customer wanted to know how to retain their sort order of the repeatable field groups on the backend when being viewed on the frontend.

Solution:

When sorting the repeatable field groups, the correct sorting item to select for the custom repeatable fields is toolset-post-sortorder

Hey,
I'm trying to arrange repeatable field items in the order I wish. I drag and arrange them in the backend, but not sure what to choose in the Ordering > Sort by dropdowns. I tried different options and it doesn't arrange them in the same way as I did manually.

Please see the video in case I'm not clear: versteckter Link

Thanks

Hi Nadav,

Thank you for getting in touch.

The correct sorting item to select for the custom repeatable fields is toolset-post-sortorder .See Screenshot

Using this option will allow your RFG to maintain their sort order on the frontend.

Thanks,
Shane
