Slow Performance/Server Response HTAccess errors

This support ticket is created vor 3 years, 8 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We're hosted on WPEngine, which has deprecated HTAcess, they use NGINX instead.

We are seeing errors about failing to load htaccess - versteckter Link

We have looked at other sites that are not built with Toolset and they don't have this error. We aren't sure why Toolset would cause this.
- Does the Toolset Access plugin use HTAccess?
- Is it possible the rewrites are the issue? - versteckter Link
- Are there any other Toolset settings that rely on HTAccess?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Based on the screenshot you shared, the error seems to be of permission as it says permission denied error message.

Can you please get in touch with your hosting authority and ask them to set correct permissions on the files and that should help you to resolve this issue as it do not seems to be anything related to Toolset as of now.
