I think there were left-overs in the database from the original airport-address field which were confusing things.
I went to Toolset > Custom Fields and clicked the "Post field control" link which shows the custom fields on the site and field groups they belong to, and it showed the presence of wpcf-airport-address, even though it had been deleted from your custom field groups (screenshot).
So I deleted it from that page to remove all traces of it from the database.
I was then able to go in and edit the View, remove the existing distance filter which was working with that address field, and add back a new one that uses your new address field for maps.
I fixed up a few things for this page (like centering the map when there are no markers), updated your code snippet to target this View to show no results until a filter is applied, and it appears to be working as intended, if you want to go ahead and check so you can make whatever final adjustments you need.
