Hi there,

I created a new view

Search is not working properly, when I write "manouk", it doesn't find it.
When I click reset, doesn't bring back all the posts also. See video

That is strange. There must be some configuration issue. I will have to review how exactly you configure the custom search.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I'm not sure but if the following is the correct search page you are referring to:

If you try to load the above URL I search with the keyword "manouk" and I see the search results. Am I missing anything here?

Here is the Doc about how relevanssi integration search works:

Can you please follow that and make sure you selected the option "Title, body and custom fields." and add your custom fields to the relevanssi search index and to the "Custom fields" section of relevanssi index tab.
