I can't cancel my renewal via your online form as the message says that the reCatpcha isn't validating properly.

However, I would like to cancel the renewal which I did not realsie was set to autorenew - and we no loner use Toolset on our site.

I'd be grateful if you could let me know that you have received this and that the refund is in progress.
