Relationship meta-box has disappeared

This support ticket is created vor 8 months, 2 weeks. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: in Toolset Types 3.6.1, i made a wrong relationship record, and I am trying to disconnect the relationship

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: in the backend, for event : versteckter Link, contains 4 links to 'pictures' custom post type, and one of them is wrong: picture ID 571 is wrongly connected to event 739

you still have login credentials to my site in this ticket:

I expected to see: the meta-box where I could 'disconnect' the relationship, as before.

Instead, I got: no meta-box, meaning I cannot disconnect the relationship record to correct my faulty connection

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked and it seems you already disconnected the wrongly connected post. I do not see picture ID 571 within the post relationship box.

Someone else was working on the database, and it seems he put back a restore yesterday.

All the work I did yesterday has disappeared, explaining why you did not see the 571 picture.

Let's close the ticket, I will open a new one, if the problem persists.
