Relationship Forms goes to 404 and any field to select a parent post is empty

This support ticket is created vor 2 weeks, 1 day. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there.

I think we might have a problem with Relationships and the latest updates.

1. The link to Relationship Forms goes to a 404 Page Not Found (/wp-admin/cred_relationship_forms).

2. The select field to select a parent in any form for any post and any parent post is empty. If you try to preset the value in the form it doesn't work either. And it doesn't work in the dashboard either. See screenshots.

I have completed all the usual checks: Checked all plugins and themes for conflicts. Reset the field.

I have selected this website as an example but its happening to all my websites...

1. The link to Relationship Forms goes to a 404 Page Not Found (/wp-admin/cred_relationship_forms).

This is a known issue and we already escalated it in front of our Devs and they already fixed it. I will check with them when we can have next release.

For #2:

Can you please update to latest WordPress and Toolset plugins and check if this help you to resolve your issue.

Hi Minesh

The site is running on the latest WordPress (7.1.2) and all plugins, including Toolset, are also updated.

The problem is easily perceivable.

In the WordPress dashboard, if the user clicks the link to view Relationship Forms:

Works: From any location OUTSIDE the Toolset tab:

Broken: From any location INSIDE the Toolset tab:
