I want to assign a select field with a list of authors inside each product. These authors should collect from a CPT. How can I do that? Thank you.

Dear carlos,

You can try this:
1) Create a custom select field with Types plugin
2) use Types filter hook wpt_field_options to setup the options of select menu as what you want
