[Gelöst] Re-open a support ticket

This support ticket is created vor 1 year, 10 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi

About a week ago I opened a support ticket, and wanted to add my reply now, but the ticket is closed ☹

Can I add my reply? It's not another question, just wanting to say a few words to Mateus.

Additionally, I cannot see the links that Mateus shared – they are hidden, even from me, and I'm logged in.

Can I see them somehow?

You should be able to reply now.

You should try to logout, delete cache and cooking and try to login to your Toolset account again and check if you able to see the links.
