[Gelöst] problem with toolset content template (re-opened)

Dear Support,

I should point out that I tried to reopen the ticket but was unable to do so.

The problem is the same: I can't open the views and and I can’t work out the reason...
I’ve taken over the website and I must admit I’m struggling to understand how it was designed.

Now I have three questions: the first, how to unlock the views. The second, working on a staging subdomain, I have to pay for another licence? And finally, I find in Layouts some layouts like Area riservata (Members area) unassigned. But I can see that the ‘Members’ Area’ page does indeed have that layout... I don't understand...

Sorry, just to clarify.

Thanks to your support, I’ve managed to open the views.
Now I’m not sure whether this is due to a conflict with other plugins or a configuration issue with your plugin...

I'm not sure if you are using Toolset Blocks or Toolset views.

If you are using Toolset Blocks and then you still want to enable the legacy views, you should try to follow the following Doc in order to enable the legacy views:
