As far as I know, you could have added them as I sent the ftp account credentials for the folder which contains my test site.
After doing so, it didn't change anything to my slider, it still collapse.

hi Adriano, the error_log, hasn't changed, it seems that it hasn't been updated.it's still the version from the day we activated the PHP debugging.
This is a very common problem, it happens when the server define a small length to the URL. Some servers have the GET length limit set to “1024”, or some other value. This may affect your pagination in case you choose the Pagination updates only the view (use AJAX) option. This happens because the AJAX request may be greater than the value defined by the server. Adjusting this setting to a higher/different value should solve the issue.

Yes, it's up to your hosting provider to let the GET request works. There is something there that is avoiding the request to return a result, you must consult them. Maybe some security module may be doing something.
I just confirmed with my provider that there is no limit to URL's length.

I sent them a ticket on this, I'll post the answer as soon as I get it.
Well, looking it better I think it might be a bug on Views, since the server returns 200 OK code but no content. I recall we've fixed something regarding this, you may find another place to fix that: https://toolset.com/errata/views-ajax-pagination-fails-to-load-pages/
To further debug the problem I’d like to replicate your site locally. For this I'll need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. If you prefer to do it on your own, you can provide me with the snapshot following these directions:
