Solution:
With Toolset image block you will see the "Link Settings" tab on right sidebar that does offers the option to open link in new tab.

I am creating social media icons in an Advisor profile (custom post type).
I am adding a link to each icon coming from an associated custom field (e.g. Facebook). I would like to open the link in a new tab rather than replacing the current page.
I don't see an option to do that when I am configuring the dynamic image link (see attached screen shot).
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No, but I think this is simple enough to understand.
