On a new page 'Art Dep Assets List' I'm creating a new View 'Art Dep Assets' to display Products (also called Assets) posts. In Content Selection, I have filter choices that include fields from the Field Group for Assets (see screenshot #1) and can successfully add two filters (see screenshot #2). However, after I configure the View Loop and Update the page, the just added filters are no longer showing (see screenshot #3) - the text link "Filters" displays briefly next to the Products selection, but then disappears. If I attempt to re-create the 'missing' filters, the respective fields are no longer showing in the 'Add a query filter...' popup (see screenshot #4).
The site has just been fully backed up and I'm granting access for your help in resolving this issue.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

While I can see the issue of existing query filters not showing in your website's view, I couldn't reproduce this on my test website.

This suggests that something specific to your website is involved. To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
( your website has some Toolset plugins updates pending, which were released just a couple of days ago )

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar

Issue resolved, apparently by implementing the very recent Toolset updates 😉 .
