[Gelöst] Maps shows only five markers

Dieser Thread wurde gelöst. Hier ist eine Beschreibung des Problems und der Lösung.

Problem: Only 5 markers are displayed on a map that should show many more markers. If I check the Maps address cache in Toolset > Settings > Maps, there are no addresses cached.

Solution: The minimum required MySQL version is 5.6. In this case, the server did not meet the minimum requirements. Updating the MySQL version is the best solution in this case.

Hello toolset Team,

I'm getting grey hairs, please help.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I build a map. My view shows ten markers. The map only shows five. I also can select some filters, it's still five.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

As an additional information: Toolset seems not to store anything in the addresscache:

Every single address has it's own working map.

Hi Daniel

That looks odd, particularly that there is nothing in the address cache if the addresses are displaying on individual posts.

Could we get access to your site to take a look at how it is set up and do some basic testing. Preferably a staging site.

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

I also rebuild the same view with the block editor with the same result.

Hi, I checked your site configurations and it seems that there is at least one critical problem. The MySQL version required for Toolset is MySQL 5.6, but your server reports MySQL 5.5.60.
Toolset's minimum requirements:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

Updating the MySQL version is the first thing I would try, since a lower MySQL version will cause problems with Toolset Maps address caching systems, which are directly related to marker placement in Views. As you can see the address cache is empty, which indicates the MySQL version issue I mentioned. You may need to submit a support ticket with your hosting provider to request assistance upgrading MySQL, or it may be a simple configuration change in your hosting control panel, it depends on your hosting environment. Your host's support team would be able to tell you definitively how to upgrade.

Once the MySQL version is updated, please provide a status update here an I can continue investigating if necessary.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you Christian (and others)!
Changing the database-server fixed the problem.
