Hi there,

We have a site where we had to update Google maps, this a site under development.

This listing: versteckter Link

Scroll down and click on the little map icon, see attached.

There should be a static map here. We have set Google maps identical to a live site.

All works on other pages of this dev site like here: versteckter Link

For some reason this isn't showing and I've spent an hour looking for the issue.

Any thoughts please?

Hi Pete,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

From that page's source code, I couldn't find any trace of the map's code, so it seems Elementor's pop feature is set to load it on-the-fly/on-request.

Have you tested the same map shortcode without the popup? If it works without the popup, I'll need to see how it is being used on your website's template, to troubleshoot the same on a test website.

Let me know how it goes and I've set your next reply as private so that you can share temporary admin login details.

regards,
Waqar
