Dear Christian Cox,

we have had a chat on last Thursday. The ticket is #1331721. Unfortunately I cant see your answers/suggestions as well as the links you send via chat anymore. The support thread itself is closed. Would it be possible to send me the info again?

But when I look at it, no chat history has been saved, it seems like a glitch and the content has been lost.
