Layouts editor freezes on loading

This support ticket is created vor 7 Jahre, 2 Monate. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When I try to edit layouts on my site oregonfarmlink.org, I get the loading bar and nothing more - the full editor never loads. This was likely the result of a recent update, but I'm not sure which one. Any thoughts?

I'm happy to inform you that we have published a new release for Toolset plugins. Please update the Toolset plugins and try to resolve your issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I kindly request you to update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version and try to resolve your issue. You can download ALL latest Toolset plugins from:

If you are running with latest Toolset plugins - in order to minimize the cause of the issue:
1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

2)
Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

Could you please activate WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file and send me possible errors for review. Do you see any javascript error on your browser console?

Updating to all the new plugins and the new version of the Toolset starter theme fixed my problem. Thank you.
