I just bought a Toolset license but it won't let me use the activation code

This support ticket is created vor 3 years, 8 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I just bought a Toolset license but it won't let me use the activation code. 1 year ago another person bought the license for me. I think my website is linked to another expired account.

Hello,

You need to change the Toolset site key in your website, in the page you mentioned above, can you see the link "Unregister Toolset from this site?

If you don't see that link, please try to edit the file wp-config.php, add this line:

define( 'OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_TOOLSET', 'your-site-key' ); // replace your-site-key with your new Toolset site key

And test again
