I have tried it in my localhost with a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, I can save HTML codes into field description option without any problem, for example:
<a href="<em><u>versteckter Link</u></em>">google</a> <img src="<em><u>versteckter Link</u></em>" />

Please provide detail steps to reproduce the same problem, thanks
