How to select 1st image of flexslider from feature image?

I am trying to:

Integrate wootheme flexslider with my content template it's work fine.
a few question it's possible to select first image from feature image

(or use first image from field display as feature image on blog page.)

Well, I am not sure whether that Field is a repeating or Single Instance Field, but assuming it is a Single Instance Field, you can just change it to a ShortCode for the Featured Image:
