I am trying to:
I created a Fieldgroup that should only appear when a category is set. But if i witch to another language (done with WPML) the Fieldgroup did not show up. Categories are translated, also the slugs (of corse)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
You can't "see" it on the front page.

I expected to see:
In Backend i like to see the Fieldgroup when inside a Translated Content

Instead, I got:
No Fieldgroup.

I tried to WPML Trangslate the Fieldgroup and check for the translated category, but with no result.

Kind Regard.
Rainer

Hi Rainer

I tested this on my own WPML site and can confirm the issue.

I'm escalating this to pass it up to the developers, and I'll let you know their feedback.

I don't see any progress on the internal ticket, so I've asked the developers for an update, and I'll share their response with you when I have it.

The developer created a fix yesterday, it still needs to go through testing, but should make it into the next planned plugin updates.

I'll let you know when that happens.

ok, thank a lot, if you like, i can do a test on my site, so we have a "real world" verification.

Hello Nigel,

Any news on this, or a release date?

I really would help in betatesting with this issue, because it's anoing to find out which of the 500 custom fields to use in a category.

Please let me know.

regards Rainer

Sorry, the fix is in the common code shared across plugins, and it will be included in whatever plugin is released next.

I'm not sure when exactly that will be. There will be an Access update released very soon, but that was prepared before this fix was available. I think Types is likely to be the next update with a few bug fixes, and that will contain the fix, but I can't say for sure when it will be released.

Hi Rainer

We published updates to several plugins this week, including Types, and if you upgrade you should see this problem resolved.

Let me know if you still have any issue.
