Featured image being removed automatically when I try to edit a post using tool

This support ticket is created vor 4 years, 8 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Featured image being removed automatically when I try to edit a post using toolset post form. I tried all possible way and followed your forum posts, but nothing seem to work.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

First, I noticed in your website's debug information that PHP 8 is being used on the server. PHP 8 is currently not fully supported by Toolset, so it is recommended to switch to PHP 7.

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details along with the link to the page where this form can be seen.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
