Export data from toolset forms

Problem:

I need to export and import posts created via Toolset Forms, but Toolset itself does not provide a built-in export/import tool.

Solution:

Since Toolset Forms creates standard WordPress posts with custom fields, use third-party plugins like WP All Import, WP Sheet Editor, or other WordPress export tools to handle the data. These plugins allow exporting and importing Toolset data in CSV or XML formats.

This support ticket is created vor 1 year, 4 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

Hi, we've are trying to have an excel or file .csv that's exported from a form, made with toolset

How can we do that? Can you show us a bread crumb.

Hi ICAS,

Welcome to Toolset support. The Toolset forms plugin creates posts entries to whatever post type you have created the form for.

Toolset itself does not have any import/export tool regarding that, but as the result is a normal WordPress post with custom fields, it is possible to use normal WordPress export tools or plugins to export those data.
