I checked the debug information you shared and I can see that you are using latest Toolset plugins.
I see no other users reported such issues. Can you please check with your hosting and everything is setup correctly and database is also accessible by site.
If everything is fine from server then what exactly the issue you are facing? Can you pleases share few screenshot and steps that I should follow to see the issue with problem URL.
Can you please share to send me admin access details and let me review whats going wrong with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
