Hi there,
I'm not a dev so excuse my lack of knowledge... but I hope I can get some help please!
I've had some team members passowords expire this month and have tried to reset it, but each time they are hit with this error and can't proceed to saving a new password, so essentially they are locked out of their accounts.
I have Toolset access which did expire this month but have just renewed it, but have still not solved this issue.
Is it related and how can I resolve this?
