The issue as I shared before both of the above content templates having Toolset Forms block and I've removed that and added the Toolset form using shortcodes block.
Great. Just to make it clear. The error was that I used the Toolset block to display a form instead of Shortcode. Which to me sounds like a bug. I'm glad that after more than two weeks, this is finally resolved.
Well - we resolved many issues this is not the single one and you are not the only one who uses Toolset. We have to entertain other users as well whose tickets are waiting for the attension in the queue.
As I shared before - the issue with the Forms block is specific to your site I do not see any other user reported same issue or the issue is not reproduced with the clean installation.
When you say "bug" - "bug" needs to be reproduced and that is not the case currently hence I can not escalte it as a "bug", so I suggest you should be happy enough having seeing workaround and its just display of form and it works without any issues. If its not acceptable for you, then you will have to find your own way to fix it. I hope this is understandable.
