I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I checked your site and I found that you are using number of third party plugins. Also, you are using outdated WordPress version.

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

On the test/staging site you shared I do not find the same page you shared:

When I checked with your site I do find kind of listing page but its not published but even when I checked the draft page - I see "no items found" message on the following page:

The basis steps are to check with minimum installation and check by disabling other addon third party plugins one by one and with default theme.
