I'm getting bunch of following error in error.log , all of them are connected to images.

[20-Jun-2017 10:59:46 UTC] WordPress database error: Duplicate entry '187' for key 'post_id'. Query: INSERT INTO wp_toolset_post_guid_id (guid,post_id) VALUES ('hidden link',187). Function: require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-includes/template-loader.php'), include('/themes/plp/index.php'), the_content, apply_filters('the_content'), WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, WPV_Frontend_Render_Filters::pre_process_shortcodes, wpv_preprocess_shortcodes_in_html_elements, do_shortcode, preg_replace_callback, do_shortcode_tag, call_user_func, wpcf_shortcode, types_render_field, types_render_field_single, call_user_func, wpcf_fields_image_view, wpcf_fields_image_get_data, wpcf_image_is_attachment, WPCF_Guid_Id->insert.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Hi, do you know when these errors are being thrown? It appears to be related to image uploads of some kind.
- If you upload a new image to the Media Library is a new error generated?
- If you temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and temporarily disable every plugin except Toolset and WPML, are errors still being generated?
- Did these errors begin after a recent update, or a site migration?
