delete content templates

This support ticket is created vor 4 Jahren, 1 Monat. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I have some content templates that I cannot delete.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would first like to check on your site how your views are configured or did you already deleted the views for those loop item content templates.

Can you please share access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

You can remove the unwanted views from the following screen:
=> versteckter Link

If you trash the View, once you trash it you need to permanently Delete that view and then those associated content templates like "loop item.." template associated with that view will also be deleted automatically. Please make sure as you are going to delete the view, it will not be rollback.
