Custom User Fields on User form not saving in database

This support ticket is created vor 4 years, 8 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to create a user using a user form with custom user field (Phone, location).

The data that was entered by the user in front end is not saving to database. I did have a look at all the support tickets related to this issue with no solution. I also deactivated all plugins not toolset.

Please can you assist??

My issue is resolved now. Thank you! The issue was a plugin conflict.
