Custom user field for dynamic source missing in blocks

This support ticket is created vor 4 years, 1 month. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Iʻm trying to create a directory view with blocks but my custom user fields are not showing up as dynamic source.
My user fields are selectable when creating a user form and handled by types.

I have various sites build with views which will need upgrading. Is views still maintained and what is the recommendation for updating sites build with views?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Dynamic source are not yet offering user fields. To display the user fields you should add a "Fields and Text" block and then use the "fields and views" button to add your desired user custom fields.

Yes, we are still maintaining the view. At a time either you can add Toolset Blocks or Toolset views plugin. You can download the latest Toolset views plugin from your account's page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/#legacy-plugins
