Conditional "if at least one term is set"

Hi,
I'd need to test if a single post has "any" term.
And I only found option to check if current post has or hasn't a specific term.

I would like to know how you are adding conditional - using block or [wpv-conditional] statement.

If you are using [wpv-conditional] statement - then to know if any term is assigned that mean at least one term is assigned or not.

For example:

[wpv-conditional if="('[wpv-post-taxonomy type='foreign-language' format='slug' ]' ne '' )"]
<strong>Foreign languages: </strong>[wpv-post-taxonomy type="foreign-language"]
[/wpv-conditional]
