conditional block

I want to use the conditional block to show a form only to the owner of the listing

I'm using the following, but I think my syntax is not correct
( ( [wpv-current-user info='logged_in'] eq 'true' ) )

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What if you try to check with current user ID is equal to current page's author ID.

Please check the following screenshot:
