We want to display the audio buttons to listen to an audio file. We use the divi them and loaded the view on the page. However, it loads the "pretty buttons" for a second... then a big ugly black bar appers.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Unfortunately, I can not access the website as it shows connection was refused for me.
As the first step, I want you to check the view without the other plugins and the theme to see if it works ok:
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
