Hi there,

We run WCLovers Mutlivendor Marketplace along with Toolset. When I activate Toolset Access, markers on my maps disappear as well as the ability to search for stores. Only logged in users can see markers and search stores here (versteckter Link).

I have currently disabled Toolset Access.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

None that I can find on the matter?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi Jaco,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In Access there are permissions that control your custom post types. It could be a case where you've set the permissions for this particular custom post type to deny access to visitors.

My advice is to go to Toolset -> Access Control and then under your post type in question, check to see if the permission is being managed by access and ensure that guest users have read access to the posts.

Can you guide me to the page that would allow me to edit the map and post display ?

Please note that I have disabled the Access plugin as the site as live.

You are welcome to enable/disable as you need but please deactivate once you are done?

Hi Jaco,

I had a look at this one for you in some detail but still wasn't able to understand why with access enabled the posts disappear from the map.

I'm not seeing where you're using the access plugin to control any specific permissions so it should be ok to keep it disabled for now.

If you are please let me know as well as the specific permissions that you intend to use so that I can look further into this one.
