Solution: To hide a "title" of a section when it do not have any links under it, it is easy to use jQuery to count the number of links (anchors) available within the div and show/hide "title" accordingly. You can create a parent/child relationship Then, a Post in the Child Post type can be associated with one parent of another Post Type And a parent, of a parent Post type, can have many children's in another post type 2. You can insert an Intermediary post Object (also a Post Type) which is a child of both above initial post Types. This will allow you to have many to many relationships between 2 post types 3. You can use the WordPress native relationships if you enable Page Attributes for your Post Type. Then, you can set a parent of the SAME post type to a given post in post type. Solution: The best thing would be to create a separated page, then insert both Views there adjusting its filters to match the category that you want.
