This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello

I currently use the Toolset custom user roles..I have 2 set up:

'member' and 'subscribed member'

I want to use a plugin e.g. Woocommerce Subscriptions to take an initial payment for a product and then set up a subscription to taker a recurring payment every 12 months.. I need the plugin to change the user role from member to subscribed member when the user has paid..and if the subscription lapses I need it to change back to just 'member'.. essentially the products are digital pages that can only be accessed by 'subscribed member' role...

Can you suggest a plugin that will work with Toolset to achieve this anyhow to set this up..

There isn't such kind of feature within Toolset plugins, I have searched it in google, it seems that WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin can do what you need, see their document:
