[Gelöst] Views filter by post status

Dieser Thread wurde gelöst. Hier ist eine Beschreibung des Problems und der Lösung.

Problem:
I'm trying to filter a Views (for a specific postype) by post status.
Solution:
We can filter Views Query by Post Status using the Query Filter option, as explained here: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/filtering-views-query-by-post-status/

But it cannot be used as Search Filter Control or parametric filter. The alternate approach is to add a Post Field (custom field, as radio type) >> name it as Status & assign to your specific post type >> set status for each post using this field >> then add it as a filter control in your Search Form.

The above is the only possibility we have right now for Post Status.

Hello,

I'm trying to filter a Views (for a specific postype) by post status. I can define which post status have to be taken into account (in the filter query tab), but I'm not able to use it as a parametric filter or as shortcode attribute.
Did I miss something?
Regards
Pat

Hi Noman,

That's a pity not been able to use it for custom search ! Would be good to integrate this in a next release if possible.
Nevertheless, I have duplicated my Views and affect one post status to each Views in order to be able to display only specific post status.

Pat

Pushing this cause filtering by status should really be available for posts and all custom post types.
