I visited one of the links and found JS errors on the page (screenshot). These errors don't appear to be related to Toolset, but they will prevent the Toolset JS that handles the form filters from working.
The first error looks to come from your child theme, the second from custom JS added to your theme settings.
Please review those. Once eliminated you should find your form filters working correctly, but let me know if not.
we still haven´t found the source of the second error.
Toolset says it has to do with Divi (ET).
Elegant Themes says is has to do with a plugin.
…
What we tried to do:
We deactivated all plugins and activated again one after another.
We deactivated the child theme.
We temporarily deleted all unnecessary content from the htaccess.
Now, I found out that the filters work, when the filtering and pagination in a view is configured without AJAX.
This is not our preferred solution but it seems to work for now.
Example-Page with Ajax and filtering error: versteckter Link
Maybe you still have a suggestion for how we bring the toolset filter back to work properly ?!
The file in question that is throwing the error (waypoints.min.js) comes from the Divi theme, and a JS on one part of the page can affect other JS on the page.
I can see in the network tab of the browser console that there is a successful ajax request made when you select a filter, but it doesn't appear to be returning any posts.
It would help if I could look at how you have this set up on your site, and if needs be take a copy for testing.
I will mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site, even though I don't intend to make any permanent changes.
