Updates unavailable after PHP7.2 upgrade

This support ticket is created vor 6 Jahren, 1 Monat. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: install updates for Toolset Types and Views, following a site upgrade from PHP5 to PHP7.2

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: automatic update links available for the Types and Views plugins

Instead, I got: "Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key."
This site has been registered for some time.
I've checked and the Toolset licence is up to date, however it isn't being recognised in the site.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - The issue you report was a known one with Types 3.0 version.

For now, I would suggest you update ALL Toolset plugins manually from the plugins page as the fix was proposed with Types version 3.0.6.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:

Once you update plugins manually when we publish the new version, you will see that automatic updates will start working.
