Types 3.0 and Views 2.6 Auto update not working

This support ticket is created vor 6 Jahren, 6 Monaten. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Types 3.0 and Views 2.6 updates are not showing in the plugin dashboard.

All other Toolset plugins are working with automatic updates.

The site has been registered with the key.

Current versions installed:
Types - Version 2.3
Views - Version 2.5.2

Please remove the Types 2.3 plugin and download 3.0 from the Toolset Download area.

Then, this issue should be resolved.

If I delete the Types 2.3 and Install the Types 3 will all the custom fields and types still be there ?
