Problem:
Where can I manage the projects that appear under My Sites in the toolset Account Dashboard?
Solution:
Project feature has been removed, you can choose option "none", so each website is different project.

I am trying to: Update my plugins from WP Plugin dashoard AND toolset plugin tab. Neither works.

I expected to see: a quick update and not having to deal with time consuming troubleshooting for such basic thing 🙂
Instead, I got: Download denied message, see attachments
Also, where can I manage the projects that appear under My Sites in the toolset Account Dashboard? I am unable to create new projects... Thanks

Project feature has been removed, I have checked my own Toolset account, there isn't project option any more, see screnshot project.JPG.
In your case, you can choose option "none", so each website is different project.
